Elizabeth Eu is a Psychologist at the Centre for Effective Living. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Nanyang Technological University and holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) Degree from James Cook University, Australia.

Elizabeth has worked with both adults and children, providing therapy for depression, anxiety, work stress, marital relationships, parent-child relationships, anger management, social skills, and other psychological issues. Aside from therapy, she has conducted wellness talks for organizations and schools; these talks and trainings encompass a range of topics from stress management to basic counselling skills. Elizabeth is also actively involved in Crisis Management within organizations, and provides support for individuals recovering from the effects of a crisis.

Elizabeth is a certified FIRO-B practitioner and is trained in narrative therapy. She believes in customizing therapy to meet the needs of the individual client by utilizing a range of therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, as well as other person-centered approaches during her sessions.
