Sanjeevan is a registered counsellor and has 38 years of professional work and experience in working with individuals, couples, adults, adolescents and families from diverse cultural background. Sanjeevan is a passionate individual who is committed to helping others improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Sanjeevan possesses a wide range of expertise in various areas in counselling such as

  • Individual Counselling: providing one-on-one counselling services to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and life transitions
  • Couple and Family Counselling: experience in helping couples and families navigate challenges, communication issues, conflict resolution and spousal violence.
  • Child and Adolescent: Sanjeevan is dedicated to supporting children and adolescent through unique challenges they face such as academic stress, peer pressure and emotional development.

Sanjeevan is compassionate and takes a client-centered and humanistic approach to counselling. He believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves, explore their feelings, and work towards their goals. Sanjeevan adopts an evidence -based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that the counselling process is both effective and supportive. He conducts mindfulness activities for stress reduction, empty chair approach that may allow individuals to process their internal conflicts and express unspoken words (like a parent or partner).
